I picked up a wedge of cheese from Sprouts, labeled "Vincent Wheel".

No idea what kind of cheese, what it would taste like, only that it had a "sheepy" smell through its plastic wrapper. I know it's Dutch, and, most likely, a masterpiece. ("A Dutch mast" printed on the rind tipped me off.")
What better way to test a new cheese than to make a grilled cheese sandwich. Slightly stale baguette, thin-thin slices of a tomato (from my garden!), smashed on a skillet for a few.
Picture? Umm...

It was good.
