Apple Crumb Cake
I had half a tub of sour cream in my fridge, and needed to use it before it went bad. I also had a couple green apples, so I was thinking a cake of some sort. I searched through my bookmarked recipes, and found this Apple Crumb Cake from Nibbledish.
It was just what I was looking for - a little sweet, a little crunchy, and it helped me use up stuff I had on hand.

Don't you love it when you find a recipe that uses up all the stuff you need to use? Looks awesome, I love crumb cakes.
