Months ago, I bookmarked these Cantonese Pickled Vegetables from Caper Berry. I finally made them, and boy am I glad I did.Crunchy, a little sweet, a little sour, a little spicy. Perfect accompaniment for...well...everything.
Not too mention how pretty they are. I think I'll have to try these sometime too.
