Grilled Cheese with a Twist

Yes, it's a grilled cheese sandwich, with provolone. Nothing special, right? But look at the crusty outside.

The bread was spread with tomato vodka sauce and sprinkled with grated parmesan before grilling.

Delicious. I don't think I can have a grilled cheese any other way from now on.

This really sounds yummy -- reminds me of a grilled Spanish type bread -- it's rubbed with a tomato before grilling. Miss your tweets!
