Hot off the presses, here are my picks from April's issue of Bon Appétit:
- Ramp and Buttermilk Biscuits with Cracked Coriander - If only I could find some ramps!
- Scrambled Eggs with Ramps, Morels, and Asparagus - Same comment as above, plus morels! You'd think I'd be able to get almost anything living in soCal, sadly not true.
- Flank Steak with Artichoke-Potato Hash and Aleppo-Pepper Aioli - This looks remarkably similar to a recipe in last month's Saveur, only tastier.
