Post #93 - BLT with Avocado and Egg

Make a BLT, bacon on one side, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and avocado on the other. Before you close the sandwich, fry an egg overeasy. Poke the yolk and let it dribble all over the bread and bacon.

Sandwich heaven.

I think half of my breakfast/brunch meals start with "What do I have that I can top with an egg?".

Runny egg is liquid gold, and anyone who could look down on you for eating 5 of these just doesn't get it.
