Make a BLT, bacon on one side, mayo, tomatoes, lettuce and avocado on the other. Before you close the sandwich, fry an egg overeasy. Poke the yolk and let it dribble all over the bread and bacon.
Sandwich heaven.

I think half of my breakfast/brunch meals start with "What do I have that I can top with an egg?".
A runny egg yolk in an BLT does sound good!
This is a personal favorite of mine! Great recipe...I could eat five of these...if I was alone and no one was around to judge me.
Runny egg is liquid gold, and anyone who could look down on you for eating 5 of these just doesn't get it.
I love runny egg yolk too. Absolutely delicious.
