Here's my selection of Bon Appétit's offerings for March:
- Spanish Grilled Cheese Sandwiches with Manchego and Jamón Serrano - the ultimate in grilled cheese sandwiches.
- Mashed Potato Casserole with Smoked Gouda and Bacon - talk about a dish of comfort. With bacon.
- Coffee Caramel Crème Brûlée - this may be the 1st sweet recipe I've linked to. It just sounds so good.
- Artichoke Fritters with Green Goddess Dipping Sauce - not so sure about the green goddess, but I'm all for artichoke fritters.
- Beef Pasties with Caramelized Onions and Stilton Cheese - caramelized onions and goaty Stilton wrapped in flaky pastry. Oh yeah, there's beef in there too.

I might have to try those pasties. My British uncle makes them, but not with Stilton.
I stopped my subscription, so will have to check them out on Epicurious. You've got some good ones here!
Hi Betts - I've never had a pasty (pastie?), so I have nothing to compare the recipe too. But I love me some Stilton :)
Hi Kelly - Bon Appetit is my least favorite of my subs, but whenever I cancel, I always forget about Epicurious. And I hate missing anything good :)
Thanks for reminding me to go to my mailbox. :) It was my first sub - I think it's hit and miss.
Hi Melissa - I think it was my 1st about 10yrs ago, so I have a soft spot for it :)
The pronounciation my uncle uses is "paw-stee" with the accent on paw.
Betts - I'll just call 'em pies :)
